1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Delta Surge Technologies website or utilizing Athens AI/NimbOS, you agree to these legally binding terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. License & Access

• Subscription-Based Access: Access is granted based on your selected tier (Standard vs. Pro).
• NimbOS Security: Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass the NimbOS isolated execution layer or conducting unauthorized penetration testing on Delta Surge infrastructure.

3. Acceptable Use of AI

Users shall not use Athens AI to:

• Generate or facilitate discriminatory employment practices.
• Circumvent standard security protocols of third-party SaaS applications.
• Input Highly Sensitive Personal Information (HSPI) beyond what is required for IT administration.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim for 99.9% uptime for our autonomous agents. Maintenance windows will be communicated 24 hours in advance.
